Entrances and Hours

Main Admitting:

  • Monday - Friday: 5am - 10pm
  • Saturday - Sunday: 6am - 10pm

Emergency Department:

  • ED patients 24 hours
  • Inpatient
    • Monday - Friday: 10pm - 5am
    • Saturday - Sunday: 10pm - 6am

Visitation Limitations

Non-COVID patients (including isolation) can have:

  • One visitor per patient PER DAY for patients 18 years of age and older
  • One visitor per patient for ED, Outpatient procedures, and treatment areas
  • Two visitors per patient PER DAY for patients under 18 years of age and OBGYN patients
    • NICU (mother and one other support person)
  • Comfort Care/End of Life/Hospice: 5 visitors at a time
    • Allowed to switch out/rotate

COVID patients (positive or investigation) cannot have visitors unless:

  • The Center for Women and Infants (can have one coach or partner per patient)
  • Two visitors per patient PER DAY for patients under 18 years of age
    • NICU (mother and one other support person)
  • Comfort Care/End of Life/Hospice: 5 visitors at a time
    • Allowed to switch out/rotate

Visitor Restrictions:

  • No visitors allowed (into facility) less than 18 years old, unless approved by director.
  • Lobby and waiting rooms are closed to visitors and staff. Cafeteria limited to visitor with arm band only.
  • Visitors to COVID positive patients are asked to remain in the room while on campus. They can leave the hospital and re-enter as necessary but are encouraged to keep these occurrences to a minimum.

Visitor Requirements:

  • Visitors must wear a mask covering their nose and mouth.
  • Visitors must be screened before entering.
  • All inpatient visitors must sign-in at Information Main Admitting Desk (or ED desk if main admitting is closed) and receive an arm band.
  • Visitors must check-out when leaving the hospital for the day (do not remove arm band unless leaving for the day).
  • Visitors are encouraged to remain in patient rooms during visitation.
  • Overnight visitors must check-out by 9am to allow a new visitor OR to recheck0in to receive a new arm band.

Other Information:

  • Arm bands: to be removed upon leaving the hospital for the day or checking out the next morning. A new color of arm band is used each day starting at 6am.
  • Clergy/Pastor/Minister:
    • One clergy/pastor/minister from the community can visit patient per day in addition to allowed visitor.
    • Clergy, support persons for persons with disabilities, and government personnel on official business are not considered "visitors" and are permitted to be present with patients. Visitors from this category MUST be screened and follow visitor guidelines.

All exceptions to visitor limitations must be approved by director or house supervisor.
