At Medical Center Hospital, family comes first! That’s why MCH’s Family Health Clinics are committed to ensuring you and all the members of your family can receive the help they need quickly and affordably. We offer financial help, such as a sliding-scale Family Assistance Plan, a Prescription Assistance Program, and discounted copays.

Our Family Health Clinics cater to the whole family, and offer services such as Pediatrics, Family/Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Obstetrics/Gynecology.

It is our goal to provide healthcare that is accessible and affordable to all patients. We use a sliding scale fee schedule and provide several types of financial assistance programs such as,

• Family Assistance Plans: Offers discounted medical and prescription services based upon household income. Co-pays start at $15.
• Family Planning Program: Program provides free or low-cost family planning and reproductive healthcare to eligible patients.
• Prescription Assistance Program: Provide assistance for qualifying patients to receive free prescription drugs directly from pharmaceutical companies.

Prevention also plays a key role in ensuring the health of our patients. Patient education plays an important role during visits to ensure that every patient knows exactly what they need to know for a healthier future. Our patient educators also host group and one-on-one classes on diabetes, nutrition, asthma, medical device usage, medication in-take, and weight management alongside other topics that may be of interest to you and your family.

Established patients may also be eligible to receive additional social services. We employ financial counselors who work through a network of local and regional agencies to find resources to assist patients with referrals to specialists, prescriptions, medical equipment, home health and other necessary services.
