Sports Physicals Available at MCH Urgent Cares
If your child is participating in school sports for the 2026-2027 school year, they are required to get a sports physical assessment.
At MCH Urgent Care, helping student athletes be prepared for sports and school activities is something we care about deeply. That’s why we’re excited to announce that we are offering $25 Sports Physicals at our two MCH Urgent Care locations and Walk‑in Clinic.
MCH Urgent Cares have convenient hours and locations, and we can assure quality service that accommodates busy schedules. Please remember to bring your child’s sports physical form and eye glasses if required to wear.
Sports physicals are very important. They give doctors a chance to evaluate your child’s health and fitness, as well as help to discover and manage health problems such as asthma or hernias that may interfere with participation in school sports.
Sports physicals also provide parents with an opportunity to ask doctors questions about their child’s development, as well as get recommendations on training, nutrition, sports safety and injury prevention.
By empowering parents with information on the health of their children, MCH Urgent Care’s goal is to help student athletes play and feel their best.
