Wound Care

Skilled Treatment for Non-Healing Wounds

Our comprehensive wound healing center treats patients with all wound types, especially non-healing wounds. We accelerate the healing process through aggressive traditional and advanced therapies to prevent lower limb loss and optimize better patient outcomes. If you or a loved one has a wound that isn’t healing properly, especially if you have an underlying condition like diabetes or circulation problems, we encourage you to contact our wound care center for an evaluation.

You can assist with your wound healing by caring for your wound at home as directed by your wound care team, taking medications as prescribed, returning for routine follow-up appointments, and keeping regular appointments with your family doctor while receiving treatment.

We treat all wounds, including:

  • Foot or leg wounds or ulcers, including diabetic foot ulcers and venous ulcers
  • Pressure ulcers
  • Non-healing, post-operative surgical wounds
  • Compromised skin grafts or surgical flaps
  • Late effects of radiation therapy, bony or soft tissue
  • Chronic, refractory osteomyelitis
  • Infected wounds
  • Crush injuries
