How it works

  • Click the Get In Line button for the Urgent Care you want to visit.
  • Fill out your basic information.
  • You’ll receive an estimated arrival time.
  • When you get to the clinic, stop by the kiosk to complete check‑in.

Why use Get In Line

  • Shorter wait — most of your wait happens at home, not in the lobby.
  • Real‑time updates — see your estimated visit time before you arrive.
  • Convenient — perfect when you’re not feeling well or have a tight schedule.

Good to know

  • This is not an appointment — it simply holds your place in line.
  • Walk‑ins are always welcome, but using Get In Line helps reduce your wait.
  • Be sure to click the link for the specific location you plan to visit.

Should I Go to Urgent Care or the ER?

It is important to note that urgent care and emergency care are not the same. An Emergency Department handles life-threatening health conditions, while urgent care does not. However, urgent care is an affordable alternative to emergency care for injuries or ailments that are not life-threatening. Know the difference!
