Dr. Levinger received his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Cornell University and his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College. He completed his internship in general surgery at Colombia University and his residency in Otorhinolaryngology at New York Presbyterian Hospital, the University Hospitals of Colombia and Cornell.
