Joni Holdridge, Marketing/Sales Manager, and Robert Jordan, Internet Manager, of CableOne get ready to deliver toys to the kids in the Pediatric Unit at Medical Center Hospital.  The toys were delivered on the afternoon of the December 22^nd, allowing the kids to enjoy some holiday cheer despite being in the hospital.  CableOne is also a big sponsor of the Salvation Army’s Toys for Tots campaign.

Grande Communications, Inc.
June 4, 2004

Representatives from Grande Communications, Inc. present a check for $2,500 to Medical Center Hospital CEO Bill Webster (far left). On hand from Grande (left to right) were Christa Dobbs, Sherry Sanders, Carol Rogers, and Mark Machen. The grant money from Grande’s Community Chest fund was used to purchase the two pediatric transports shown in the picture. The transports are less intimidating than stretchers or wheelchairs and a more fun way for kids to be moved around the hospital. Grande made its donation to Medical Center Hospital through Children’s Miracle Network.

ACE Hardware

Marena Crutchfield, a cashier at Westlake ACE Hardware in Midland, sold 1,400 Children’s Miracle Network balloons in a six week period earning her this special recognition. Marena also won Westlake’s company-wide drawing for a trip for two to Walt Disney World! ACE Hardware is one of CMN’s outstanding corporate partners.

Medical Center Hospital Auxiliary Gift Wrap
Christmas Holiday Season

Members of the Medical Center Hospital Auxiliary wrapping presents for CMN during the holidays. Each December CMN runs the gift wrapping booth inside Music City Mall in Odessa and each year Auxiliary members volunteer their time to do some gift wrapping!

Wal-Mart / Coca-Cola Presentation
November 10, 2003

Coca-Cola and Wal-Mart presented a check worth $4,913.00 to Children’s Miracle Network. The money came from a promotion in which Coca-Cola donated $.25 from each case of Dasani water and Powerade sold at the four area Wal-Mart Supercenters back to CMN. The promotion ran between March and September and the $4,913.00 represents the combined total raised by the stores in Odessa, Midland, and Big Spring. Children’s Miracle Network is proud to partner with Coca-Cola and Wal-Mart and truly grateful for the generosity of these terrific corporate donors.
