Medical Center Hospital is happy to announce that  Tierney and Cody Hamilton are the proud parents of their new baby girl Tinley. Tinley was born at 12:54 am this morning and weighed in at 6lbs 15 oz and 19.5 inches.  She is the first baby born in Odessa, Texas for this new year.
