Inpatient Rehab (3 West)

The Rehabilitation Institute of Odessa (RIO) is located on the 3rd floor at MCH, which allows ease of access for emergency care and consults to primary and specialty physicians.  The Inpatient Rehab consists of 22 spacious private rooms, including rooms with state of the art patient monitoring system.  Our experienced nursing and therapy staff provide exceptional outcomes and satisfaction to patients who have suffered from strokes, non-traumatic and traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, fractured hips, total hip and knee replacements, generalized weakness due to critical care myopathy and other diagnosis.

The Rehab Team includes a medical director; nursing staff; physical, occupational, and speech therapists; and a discharge planner.
