Feedback

This program gives new mothers the support that is often needed after discharge from the hospital setting.  On the day of discharge, the Newborn Follow-through Nurse will schedule you an appointment to see her in 24 to72 hours.   This clinic visit is complimentary and the nurse will do a general assessment and weight check of your new baby.  She will also assist with any breast feeding concerns you may have.
