Breast Care Center

Medical Center Hospital provides professional and caring mammography services in our fully equipped Breast Care Center located in the MCH Professional Building at 318 N. Alleghaney, Suite 101. This 2,700 square foot facility was opened in 1997 with two state-of-the-art G.E. DMR mammography machines and a Siemens ultrasound unit for breast sonography.

Mammograms and sonograms are performed by experienced and certified technologists who are sensitive to the comfort and concerns of our patients. An education room has been specially equipped for patients to view informational and breast self-exam videos.

Brochures about breast cancer and the Reach for Recovery program are also made readily available to our patients.

The Breast Care Center at Medical Center Hospital is accredited by the Food and Drug Administration and the Texas Department of Health Bureau of Radiation Control.
