Hear it from the ones who know…

“I began as a nurse at MCH and...the grass seemed greener on the other side.  I worked other places.  Happily, I came home to MCH by choice.  The grass out there is ‘Astroturf’.”  Sarah Hart, RN, 7 years

“When I came to work for MCH nineteen years ago, I was looking for a steady job with good benefits and great people to work.  I found it here.”  Cynthia Reschman, Unit Secretary, 19 years

“I enjoy working in Infusion Services because it is a small unit, my working relationship with my co-workers, and the special bond we build with our patients.  Most of our patients are long-term.  I enjoy the teaching we do for our patients."  Jenny Griffin, RN 6 years

“There is always room for professional advancement and MCH supports its employees to further their education.  My plan is to obtain my Masters.  My number one goal is to increase and promote the delivery of safe and quality care.” Martha Ortiz, RN, 3 years
