LCPL Jonathen D. Valencia
(grandson of Linda Sandell, HIM)

LCPL Jonathen D. Valencia, United States Marine Corps, grandson of Linda Sandell, Health Information Management.  Joined the Marines in June 2004.  Graduated military basic training in September 2004 at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego.  He is stationed at the USMC base in Kanehoe Bay, Hawaii.  He is the son of Eddie and Brenda Ferrante of Wink.

LCPL Valencia participated in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan from June 2005 until January 2006.  He is currently deployed to Iraq.  He is in the 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, Heavy Weapons Company.
