Lori's Hospital Gift Shops is the nation's largest operator of hospital gift shops and has been in business since 1981.

The MCH Gift Shop is located on the first floor of the hospital and is open 7 days a week. The Gift Shop hours are:

Mon - Fri: 7:00 am - 9:00 pm
Sat-Sun: 8:00 am - 9:00 pm
Holidays: 8:30 am - 8:30 pm

The Hospital Gift Shop Offers Delivery Service

The Gift Shop offers a wide variety of newspapers, books, notions, gifts, flowers, drinks and snacks. Located in the main lobby, it is easily accessible to patients and visitors.

If you are unable to leave your room, you can use the Gift Shop’s delivery service. By dialing 432-640-1136 from outside the hospital or simply dialing 1136 from within the hospital - you can arrange to have your purchase delivered to you. A friendly Gift Shop employee or volunteer, will take your order, deliver your item and then collect payment. The gift shop accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and cash.

The Gift Shop also runs a variety of sales promotions – so be sure to ask what special is being promoted during the month. The Gift Shop is pleased to deliver your order directly to you 7 days a week between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. A minimum purchase of $5.00 is necessary and there is no charge for delivery.

You may pay by Cash, Check, Credit Card or MCH Employee Charge*.

If you are calling from out of town or out of the hospital and would like to send a patient a gift simply call (432) 640-1136.

When placing phone orders, please have the following information ready:

Patient's Name
Room Number
Type of occasion (i.e. Baby, Get Well, etc.),
Type of gift item needed and or dollar range
Payment information (major credit card).

* MCH Employees must be eligible employee status in order to charge
