Medical Center Hospital is governed by a seven member district board of directors elected by the voters of Ector County. 

Board terms are for four years.  An election is held every two years, with districts 1, 3, 5 and 7 alternating with districts  2, 4 and 6.

The Ector County Elections Office at (432) 498-4030 can assist in identifying the boundaries of each district.
