Volunteering

The Ronald McDonald Family Room is staffed entirely by wonderful caring people who freely give of their time to care for families with the burden of an ill child.

To volunteer, a two-hour MCH orientation, a TB test, a RMFR orientation, background check and a commitment for a period of one year are required. The Family Room operates from 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. seven days a week, 365 days a year and volunteers are needed for every day!


 

The duties are greeting families, baking cookies, stocking supplies and making the Family Room atmosphere feel like a home to our guests.
